Took my grand daughters 3 year old Mini Cooper in for new rear brake pads, the girl rang and said it would be £265, I said for rear brake pads only and she said “yes” I thought this very expensive, but as we had already committed taking her car in 2 hours previously,I said yes go ahead. Couldn’t believe it when I looked at the receipt, the mechanic ? Had not just changed the pads but also changed the discs, ON A 3 YEAR OLD 20,00 miles car.

I put my car in this garage for some simple repairs. I was told it would take 2-3 days to complete. Instead they had my car for over two weeks. In this time I continued to phone them on a daily basis and was promised a call back which never happened. Once the work was done, it was sloppy workmanship, and came back with other problems. Avoid!
