I don't usually write reviews but felt compelled to do so after I had a small problem with my Audi A3 which I bought from GMO a few months ago. The team bent over backwards for me and did a full diagnostic when I turned up unannounced then fixed it while I waited. Faultless service and in my opinion.

GMO Cars comes across as a professional outfit however once the deal is done the after sales service is one step away from non existant. I put a lot of trust & faith in the friendliness of the sales team but they were not bothered in the slightest once my car started to develop faults. The service dept is a shambles & the courtesy cars are bangers!

I bought a car from GMO in 2012, but unfortunately it suffered multiple problems after driving it off their forecourt. They replaced all the failing parts and resolved the numerous issues, providing a courtesy car when required. Very helpful and friendly sales staff who don't pressure you when looking for the right car.

I have just collected my new car from GMO's in Penzance. Would just like to say that I cannot fault Rob or Gary in any way at all. I have just bought my second car from this business this week. Having just picked up my new Mercedes on Monday on holiday from the West Midlands. The sales team were fantastic, not pushy, allowed me to drive the car without obligation allowing for a good test drive around the west coast. Very pleased with the after care on the previous car.

They need to improve aftersales.
CAVEAT EMPTOR - AVOID AT ALL COSTS.
THE AFTERSALES SERVICE IS SO SHOCKINGLY POOR YOUR HAIR WILL FALL OUT!!I have since had so many friends relay their awful experiences and so I would advice that if you have any doubt my comment is genuine just ask around...

I am now on my third car from gmo and wouldnt go anywhere else they are always there to help but also make sure that the car you buy is correct for your needs and day to day use.I will be going back soon for my 4th car and would tell anyone i know to go there because they have such a large selection and variety of cars.GREAT CARS GREAT STAFF!!!!!

gary and rob mick n kev and all the team at G M O are all very helpful me and all my family have purchased cars. me n john have never had any problems with any cars we have purchased from gary. my son had a car from gary n my son had an accident and the insurance said that the car was not worth x amount but it was told gary and he got it sorted out for my son and he got all his money back for what he paid for it.thanks to gary. over the last 10 years i have purchased quit a few cars all of them were excellent and i will not buy a car from anywhere else thanks to all at G M O CARS EXCELLENT.

First class service from the initial sale through to after sales - servicing etc. I have purchased six vehicles from GMO and they should be commended for providing excellent cars that have never let me down. When I did have a problem, it was sorted straight away.

gary and his team always look after us really well. i have purchased 3 vehicles from G M O cars, and must say i was treated exceptionaly well, i recieved a very good price for my exchange cars, and a very good price for the cars i purchased. i am at present looking to exchange again around december time. i would not go any where else, and am looking forward to dealing with Gary ,because i know i will not get a better deal anywhere else in cornwall
