Unbelievably helpful! I had my Sony car radio fitted into my Defender and the lad stayed to talk me through how to use the menu system and make sure I could use all the features. Not bad for £30, fitting and instructions on how to use it. I tipped him and my mate is going there to get his Pioneer fitted next week. Well done guys.
