Keen to get the sale, but not keen to help with after sales customer service. Said car had been 'fully' checked over and everything was working, but found passenger seat adjustment motor broke and reversing lights did not work. Promised to call the next day to book car in for repairs, but never did (still waiting for call 2 weeks later). Poor customer service as you can never speak to the person who is 'supposed' to be dealing with you. Overall rating poor, and lack personal touch they go on about so much!!!
