I have recently got my Mazda MX5 back from Swan after a major respray, and I am thrilled to bits with it. The service was first class, with a loan car included. Definitely recommended.

I needed tracking done on my car but the 2 locking nuts were seized. I wss charges £75 plus vat , a total of £90 for this. When I queried this with the workshop manager he said they had to free 8 nuts but couldn't explain where the other 6 were. It would have been helpful to have been told to expect a large bill rather than wait until I turn up. I would have told them not to bother as it would have been cheaper to put a new steering rack on (£65 and an hour of my time). This is very poor customer services and I will never take my cars(3)there again, a shame really because the mechanics are really good.
