If you wan't big dealer 'organisation', go elsewhere.
Optima may seem a bit disorganised but if you want a good job done on your Alfa - they are the people to do it - they really know their Alfas.
I'm so glad we found out about them on the forums!

Does state garage opens at 8.30am,
perhaps manager/boss was busy doing what he does best, fixing cars.

I rang on Monday 8th November and booked my car in for a service on Thursday 11th November. I'm not sure who I made the appointment with but I needed to drop my car at 8.00a.m.and asked if someone could drop me into work at Interface Business Park and was told yes. I arrived at 8.00 a.m to find the gates locked. I waited until 8.20 a.m. but then had to go into work. I rang to find out why they weren't open only to be told "sorry they were a bit late in". I rang twice to speak to the Manager and was told he wasn't available, I left my number and requested a return call and I'm still waiting.

I have used this garage previously and was happy with the work/service provided and have recommended them to friends. I am now disappointed that that my experience today was not a good one.
