Triple S

Very poor customer service and a very rude girl on the counter. When I asked for the manager an old white haired gent appeared who's attitude was just as bad. I've used this garage for 6 years and it's now gone down hill. All new staff to.
Very disappointed.

Nice friendly service, my mot was done quickly by a nice big guy who explained everything to me after. Had 2 tyres that were noted on the mot changed after, took a while to get changed (about an hour) but was all worth it.

We have had both my commercial vehicles and my wifes car repaired and also MOT`s on the car,and have allways been impressed with the service and willingness to help at Triple S. It is natural to be cautious when using a garage for the first time,but so far so good!

Well Im very impressed with them, I took my car for an mot, it failed on a couple of items which I kind of knew about from the last mot. But to my surprise it was fixed and i was back on the road within 2 hrs, and at a great price to. Highly recommended A+

Have tried for almost twenty years in vain to find a decent garage in the Slough area which was also reasonably-priced. This time, tried Triple S. Arrived at 0830 – no problem with check in. Went back at 1230, and was told that the brake disks needed renewing, and new front tyres. Actually expected that, as it had been put as an advisory on the last MOT a year ago, so I know it wasn’t a con. Volunteered to go home and collect another day. “No need,” they said,. “ready in two hours.” They were wrong – it was actually 1½! Very impressed with the price, and I’ve been told to bring it back in 30 days or so, for a realignment and check after everything has bedded in, “at no charge.”
I will use them for all my servicing needs from now on. Two things impressed me: How busy it was, and the ‘Intensive Care Ambulance’ (big white thing!) which was brought in while I was there for some emergency work. The MOT was cheaper than usual, too, and when I renewed my tax next day it was correctly on the system.
This sounds effusive. It is, but I must say that I have had no connection at all with them until yesterday. In fact, when I arrived I wasn’t sure – young men with tattoos, etc. In fact they were excellent, and the supervisors obviously really push for standards.
