I rang this garage out of the blue and asked for a full annual service at very short notice. I didn't know if the car had a fault as well. Not only was all this listened to with great care - I am a front line worker and the car is used for delivering food to the vulnerable 5 days a week - my car was taken in the same morning, I was kept up to date and asked about other things that needed urgent attention, my tech phobia was accepted with kindness and compassion and the car was back in good fettle at a reasonable price, at the time stated.

I took my Ford Focus St to reeds and was met by Anita lovely person my car had massive water leak and had sprayed anti-freeze all over , hose had gone but Anita did her upmost to get my car sorted I can't thank Anita and the lads enough for fitting me in at short notice , great service ,great people to deal with and a great job at a decent price no

They helped me out in a crisis. Fitted me in when i needed them the boys Dave Garth and Paul are a friendly bunch. Anita is the secretary but she knows what she is talking about when it comes to her cars. Would reccomend hightly.

I have just had a diagnostics done at reeds and after going to several garages and them not knowing how to fix the problem let alone know what the problem was, reed only charged me 24.00 for the diagnostics plug in. They then told me i needed some spark plugs fitting at a cost of 30.00,a great service and was fixed within 2 hours would recommend

Just picked our clio up from this garage today. Was told we had blue smoke coming from the car at hardly any extra cost they solved the problem and got it up and running again. top quality garage and full marks from me. Definately referring friends to this garage!!
