Emanuels were selected by my insurance company, following a small prang.
I was a bit of a nightmare customer in terms of getting my quote done etc - but they were incredibly helpful and accommodating. Process from start to finish was professional and painless and they even offerred to deliver my car home. To top this they had even cleaned it and the car was beyond filthy. Great service, just wanted to commend as so often we only complain when tge service is poor.
