Would like to book your car for full service, oil, oil filter, fuel filter, air filter, and pollen filter - and get messed around, as the original booking was confirmed for Thursday 27th February 2020 (under strick recommendations not to book in March as they will be very busy with servicing new cars coming out of warranty) and then get told that you are actually booked for the week after 5th March 2020?
Would you like to be quoted a price and then pay 100£+ on top of it without been notified?
