Having just returned home from a few days in Hungerford, I want to give a big thanks for the service I recently received from your branch in Charnham Lane, on October 26th. A few days previously National Tyres and Autocare in Blyth, Northumberland, near my home, had changed both front tyres and 'balanced' the wheels. But, a vibration on the trip down encouraged us to visit your premises to have the problem checked. Your member of staff correctly balanced the wheels and checked all tyre pressures were correct as well. He was friendly and professional but, unfortunately, 300 miles too distant to make KTC my local branch.
