Took my pregnant girlfriends car in due to overheating, they apparently changed the thermostat but car continued to break down a further 3 times (leaving a pregnant woman stranded). After 3 occasions of being towed back to their garage I told them I was taking it to the garage next door. Miraculously they managed to fix the problem after this.
