Timsbury Service Station

Just wanted to thank Timsbury Garage for all their hard work in fixing my sadly broken down car this week! I have had my MOTs and service carried out by them previously but unfortunately had to dump my car on them this time unexpectedly! They were excellent in finding the issue! Their communication is always brilliant and I really appreciate the time they take to explain everything and keep everything transparent. We are so lucky to have this garage in our village and I’ll be using them for years to come!

Booked my mothers old Volvo in for its MOT test at short notice. It failed and they promptly carried out the repairs with the minimum fuss and with great communication. They went out of their way to get the vehicle back to me on time. I cannot recommend them enough, great customer service. Thank you.

The MOT was prompt but expensive. I did feel they were patronising to me being female. I was shocked by their price-£50 and when I questioned it I was told it was in case there were any lights needed changing and then they wouldn't charge on top. Well, mine didn't have any problems!nwont go back

Excellent service, trustworthy and good value for money. Had a wheel bearing hub replaced and they sorted out a split coolant hose for me too (managed to Fix the hose instead of replacing - which worked out cheaper). Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a good garage and will definitely use the again.

Absolutely brilliant, reliable and friendly service, was recomended by a friend after some garages in the past got the better of me and ripped me off!!!I have never looked back since and cannot recommend them these guys enough, very fair and only carry out that needs doing!!

This garage is the only one that I will trust, not beacuse the owner is my uncle but beacuse they have a great deal of skill between them, Rich the owner has well over 40 yrs expreince and what he dont know about cars aint worth knowing. Carry on the GOOD work.

Can only echo points already raised. Honest, reliable, flexible and in my experience always happy to give an account of work required or undertaken. Used by recommendation and have passed on that recommendation to others. Garage prices seem to be high these days across the board, but that feeling of not being blindsided or 'ripped off' eases the pain ever so slightly! I will continue to use this garage for MOT's (onsite) servicing and general repairs to all our families cars. 8/10

You may well not get ripped off in terms of service provided to the car, but don't look for any customer service as the owner and senior staff seem to be unhappy and in no way courteous to a customer!

Rich,Brad and the lads are about as honest,skilled and fair as you will get anywhere in the UK.This is a seriously brilliant place to get your car maintained and repaired,at very reasonable rates;heartily recommended to anyone who has suffered fools,and has forgotten what a top notch,fair mechanic can do for your motor!

Superb service in every way. These guys make a decent, honest living by being fair and working hard to provide a good service. I was recommended to them by my friend last year and haven't looked back since. For as long as i am in Bath i will never use another garage. Above all you can trust these guys which is a rare thing in this day and age. Give these guys ago they really are brilliant.
