Friendly enough when you're buying a car, but useless when you go with any problems. We spent two grand on a car that had to be scrapped six months later, having had a leaking fuel tank replaced at great expense. The floor was completely rotten. I have bought a few cars here, God only knows why, I really didn't want to buy the last one but my ex fell in love with it. Buyer beware.
