Let down by a failing battery. Advised by break down service that needed to have my battery checked possibly replaced. The campsite I was on recommended them & the online reviews where good. Called into the garage on spec & they where really helpful. Couldn't fit me in at this site so arranged for me to be seen at Kings Lynn depot. Excellent service there too. New battery fitted after mine was diagnosed as having faulty cell. Great service thanks.

surprised at the 5/10's they get full marks from me ,8 years and counting they have provided excellent service.

An excellent garage. I had a problem with my car while staying at Heacham Manor nearby and they were able to identify the problem and fix it the day after I phoned them. Not only that, but the price they charged me was actually less than the price I had been quoted and had agreed to pay. First class service.

I just would like to say Keith Brown auto repairs are a rare breed of garage and gentlemen!

We had an issue with our Jaguar X-Type whilst towing our van this bank holiday. They took a look and fixed the problem with customer service second to none.

K Brown and all his Employees are the best people anyone could take their vehicle to. I always take my car there if I have problems and usually they will get bits for it and fix it the same day, they always update me with progress of the repair and any other problems they may find, I recommend this garage to all!!!!

K brown serviced my BMW e30 tourer and mot'ed it and despite it failing its mot, they did all they could at minimum cost to repair and were most helpful. I would recommend anyone to k brown autos.

This review is from an ex Rolls-Royce engineer and an assessor / verifier for the Road Transport Training Board ( now retired ) I can highly recommend KB Autos Hunstanton, from my first enquiry the young lady was more than helfull and knowledgable,I enquired about replacing the cambelt, the young lady on reception not only checked the part, she also checked availbilty and explained the task using a diagram. I returned the next day,a mechanic checked through the details and confirmed a date and time and assured me that they would aquire all the materials. I checked two days before to see if the cambelt had arrived and was assured it was being delivered that day. I left the car and keys with the receptionist who said she would ring at about 2.30pm. 2.20pm I had the phone call to say the job was complete and car was ready for collection. I arrived and all the documentation including stamping the service record was completed for me. The garage proprietor even brought me the old cambelt and showed me the condition !. Exellent service - very professional and exceptional customer service. They will have my business ( 2 cars and a motor caravan ) in the future -
