Sjm Motor Repairs

I contacted the garage this morning, having damaged my coil spring last night. Sam offered his assistance straight away and ordered the new part for me. I had spent all morning calling around different garages trying to get support but with no luck. I drive around a lot for work, seeing clients with mental health issues in the community. When I explained this to Sam, he offered to carry out the work the same day, despite being booked up.
It can be very difficult as a young female to find a garage with staff who are trustworthy and offer reasonable prices, but thankfully I have now found just that.
Definitely recommend and will be returning when I am in need again in the future.

We have been using SJM for a couple of years now. We dive a Saab so obviously parts can be an issue. But always SJM have come through, they keep you informed, prompt and polite service. I've never been treated as an inconvenience or spoken to like I speak a different language. A really good service from front desk to quality of repair.
