Brought them our non-running Scudo and told them to check the EGR valve. They denied this was faulty and sent us into a £900 diagnosis and repair of the injection system. All to no avail, so we sold this non-runner off far below value. From the buyer we learned that he fixed it by simply cleaning the EGR valve for £30. Competence needs improving!
