Howes Motor Engineers

I have used Howes Garage for almost 7 years now since moving area within Norwich. They have serviced my BMW and now my Audi as well as my wife's Clio and also our fun car - an old Mazda MX5. They are always friendly and polite and will always aim to give a service time that fits the diary - which is always fairly soon. I have also bought a car from them for a family member. They have the diagnostic equipment needed and are skilled at what they do offering advice when requested and letting you know of potential problems the car could be facing in the near future. I have total confidence in them and in their skill level. They have never wrongly diagnosed a problem and their fees are very reasonable for all levels of servicing and repair work. They have never overcharged me and I would always advise others to go there - especially if your car is out of warranty and a dealer service or repair is not absolutely crucial. Save yourself money and use Howes!

The Garage sells cars with a warranty but then when they sell you a faulty car they do not want to know. The car went wrong from the start and the staff were rude when I called upset about the situation. I would advise you to never buy from these dealers they never resolved my problem and lied to me when I returned the car kept saying nothing was wrong not dealing with the problem. They once even claimed to be going on holiday when the faulty car they sold me once again was not fixed by them and when I came to the garage it was open. A
problem to this day and I have had to pay over a thousand pounds for something the car had wrong from when I bought it.

I am 60 years old and have driven many types of vehicle over the past 40 years. I like cars and am most content when I discover a top class 'real value for money' expert motor engineering company. This, in essence, is what Howes Motor Engineers is!!!!
I have used this company for the past 3 years and and 100% satisfied by their cheerful, professional, family manner. Very well done!!!
