Car was booked in for body repair months ago, let’s down several times when it had been booked in at convenient times for us. Finally car goes in to be repaired, the car sat there for 5 days and work hadn’t even started on the car - when they initially said it would be done in about 1 week!

Also told when after it had gone in would be two weeks, and not guaranteed! Then sat there for the 5 days gathering dust!

No able to offer a suitable courtesy car that could be used by the family.

Terrible service, look else where for your body repairs!

Even after asking for car to be returned, failed to return the car!

Took my car into Randall Howell to be repaired, I was told they would order the parts and start work within 48hrs. 17 days later they said they couldn't get all the parts.(I run two businesses and can get almost anything from anywhere in Europe within 48hrs). They told me my car would be ready on Friday, its now Tuesday.Will i ever get my car back?

My Wife's car was given to Randall Howell to repair a small dent in the bonnet as part of an insurance claim. When we went to collect the car, we drove towards the front of the premises where the car was parked. it was immediately obvious that the front of the car was a different colour blue to the rest of it. to add insult to injury both members of staff would not confirm that it had been done wrong and even tried to make out that there are always slight variances and that the paint was a "pearlesent" so looked different in varying lights.
After refusing to pay for or sign off the work, the car was re-sprayed the correct colour. The car now looks great. I run my own business and customer service is paramount. if your business makes a mistake (which everyone does) best policy is to immediately acknowledge the issue and confirm you will put it right.

Have just had my vehicle returned to me after being repaired, and I cannot recommend the company highly enough. They kept me updated throughout, and both telephone and delivery staff were professional, friendly and reliable. Even though they are over an hours drive away and there are numerous garages closer, they will definitely be the first port of call from now on. Many thanks indeed.

I cannot fault the service that i received here at this garage. The lady on reception was really helpful, polite and very confident in her work. The work i had done to my care was to a very high standard and i had a professional service throughout. 10/10 from me

I used Randall Howell at least three times in the last 5 years. On two occasions it was for minor things but once it involved major repairs. I had absolutely no problems with their work as with their customer services. They were always very helpful, prompt and very reasonable.

Poor service, They have had my car for 4 weeks and they just keep shifting the date that I will have it returned.

I appreciate that somethings are beyond the control of the company, parts not available, but they are rubbish at keeping me updated. A progress report once a week after the first two weeks would be fine but they never ring back so I am having to chase them everytime the next return date comes and goes.

Please just a call it only costs pennies and in the long term it would save you time and money.

Was the work eventually done satisfactorily?

On the two occascions that i phoned the garage i was given incorrect information with regards to the work being done on my car. I was assured that I would be kept informed of progress especially if there were any delays this did not happen.
