Customer service was absolutely appalling. There was very little communication. Cwmbran Ford couldn't fix a fault in my car but didn't give me a courtesy car until 11 days later. After 10 days they called in a ford specialist who repaired the fault at a staggering cost of £1661.60 for a gearbox module. Definitely need MUCH better customer service.
