I wanted a 12vpower socket fitted, which was omitted by the manufacturer of my vehicle, I obtained the parts,but was told by local main dealer that they could not fit this,since the wiring loom would need to be replaced.
TWA managed to fit this without any trouble at all,very clean and tidy job, car returned in clean gleaming condition as well.
With the covid virus, communication suffered slightly, but the end result= very pleased indeed.

My wife and I have now used TWA 3 times. Twice with issues with my Vauxhall Astra TwinTop roof and once with her VXR turbo. Each time Tim and his team were superb, fixing quickly and 'reasonably' priced. We really can't reccommend them enough. Hope we don't see them again though!!!!!

Friendly, speedy, cooperative, communicative and responsive are a few poitives that spring to mind. Did a great job of sorting out a list of electrical problems I had. Won't say it was cheap but then can't say that I could have got it done cheaper elsewhere. In future, won't be needing to source anyone else now that I know these guys are there.

Just wanted to echo the previous comments. These guys have just fitted a new heater blower motor in my daughter's Toyota Aygo. I was absolutely delighted with the excellent service I received and with the savings I made (against main dealer prices). Would definitely recommend them to others. 10/10 from me too!

After being ripped off by a number of main dealers (notably Ford and VW) whether from dishonesty or ineptitude - both equally bad - TWA has come to my rescue. They diagnosed the faults correctly and fixed them quickly and in doing so saved me a VW bill of some £2,000+ for just £160 on one car. The other VW was estimated by VW to be around £900 and this was also sorted for £360. My third VW is there now which is probably the biggest challenge yet so I'll let you all know and my Ford, although not yet fixed has been correctly diagnosed aw well so that I am aware of the costs when it becomes an issue. Professional, curteous, honest and basically a God send for me. Could not recommend more (I wonder of they will give me a loyaly discount?)

Very knowledgable friendly staff who go the extra to make sure the customer is fairly treated and fully understands the technical "wizardry" of the job in hand. Reception and garage facilities are clean, tidy and first rate, they even offer a cup of tea or coffee while you wait. I will definately be passing on TWA Auto Electrics to anyone with any kind of auto electrical problems. If only all garages were this "user friendly".
