Took my car in for an MOT.
First problem was their computer system was down (not their fault) so I had to wait 3/4 of an hour for the test to start. I come back and they are testing the car.
Second problem - The test finishes and they leave me sitting around for 10-15 minutes whilst they are not testing my car or telling me what's going on. The car fails its test on the rear silencer (the car is a Prius so virtually silent but we cant question the opinion of the MOT tester now can we) I need to get a new rear silencer box and a retest so I'm now stuck with Kwikfit.
Third problem problem its a Thursday and the MOT tester is now not in till Wednesday next week, the day the tax disk and the old mot expire. Brilliant! I have to phone back the next day for a price to replace the silencer.
Fourth problem on Monday of the following week they call me to tell me that they cant get the silencer at the price quoted it's going to be £80 more expensive.
