VERY HAPPY with my new car & the service i received from S&B Cars in Whitley Bay. After 6 weeks i did have problems which resulted in S&B replacing the clutch. They only had the car for 2 days and it came back fixed, valeted & with NOTHING TO PAY! I'm so pleased with the service i received i'm telling everyone!

absolutely appalled at the standard of the car and the manager who got verbally abusive when i took the car back to be repaired for the 4th time in under 10 weeks would not recommend this garage to anyone. please please spend your hard earned money elsewhere and dont be fooled by the managers attitude

Was reccommended to take car here for repair. Had to pay cash as 'card machine not working'. £168 lighter and the car still did not run. They refused a refund and became quite agressive. Would never reccommend anyone to go here for repairs or sales. Go elsewhere it will be much less hassle!

The Manager and staff here are so helpful, even after you leave the forecourt.We have bought are last three cars off them. Would recommend them to anyone, BRILLIANT!
