We had a very negative experience with this garage. Fistly the garage failed to organise a courtesy car despite confirming via email that they had arranged this. this led to my partner being kept unnecessarily waiting for over an hour when dropping off his car. Eventually after expressing our dissatisfaction with the service, my partner was then dropped off at his workplace. He had a 'courtesy car' - a very low grade model delivered later that afternoon with virtually no petrol in the car.
The bodyshop confirmed that the car would be sorted in 2 days - three days later and the car was not. No calls were made to update my partner on progress - meanwhile he is expected to carry the whole family around in a car that is little bigger than a Smart car - whilst this gargae keeps his VW Passatt cc.
The manager was 'unavailable' whenever we tried to raise the issue and in general the staff were obstructive and unhelpful. Not what you would expect from a large company like BMW and its dealerships.

I have informed our insuranced company about our poor experience and would encourage people NOT to trust their car with this garage - unless you are prepared to give up your own car for an unreasonable length of time and be treated with utter disrespect.
