Took my bmw to fensons based on recommendation from my friend who had previously taken his bmw there some years back. Had complications with the engine and was told a reasonable price of repair. After weeks my car was finished! The repair cost 25% more than agreed and repairs carried out which were not agreed to. Engine sounds worse!beware!!!

I have taken my BMW X5 to R M Fensome & Co on four occasions and I have always been impressed with the good customer care and helpful, honest advice. Their pricing is refreshingly sensible and they don't look to carry out work that isn't really necessary.
I would recommend this company to anybody who has a 3 year+ BMW or Mercedes Benz as they specialise in these two makes.
The premises are conveniently located within easy walking distance of the main Luton railway Station and the town centre.
