Very poor all round service missed there own work sheets small dent and tracking now took 2 months they've severely damaged 3 of my wheels real bad. Attitude stinks they just don't care car has more damage than went in this is a Audi repair centre.. shocking and admiral insurance its shocking they didn't live up to one of there claims. Don't use

Poor communication, poor workmanship, poor quality control, poor timing!
Work completed that took more than twice as long as initially expected, despite my repeated request to have the vehicle back on time. Work carried out is substandard, not as initially requested and car handed back covered in overspray!
DO NOT USE THIS BODYSHOP!!

After telling me my repairs would take 3-4 days, they kept it for 13 days. I was told that it was only an estimate and it was not their fault. It seems they only order parts after you drop your car off. Website promise are a farce. No communication, take ages to answer the phone when they do. Car not ready at agreed collect time. Do not use

Have had my vehicles repaired at Brooklands a couple of times, have never been able to fault the workmanship, all round good service.

I had my car repaired at Brooklands and can say that i did not experiance any of the problems listed in the last review.More so i will say that i had fantastic service and was informed that they had a new team working hard to errase some old bad mouth.The actual repair quality was second to none ,the customer facing staff great.Very happy.

It is the second time i have HAD to use Brooklands and again the experience has not been pleasant.The first time after my car was with them for over a month they failed to complete all repairs. After multiple unreturned phone calls to them and my insurance company they completed the repairs sucessfully. This time has been incredibly frustrating. After a minor accident i arranged 2 months in advance to have my car collected before my holiday with the assurance that it would be ready when i returned. I took photos of the damage and emailed them so the parts could be ordered and also pre-paid the excess. I had no email or phone contact from them whilst on holiday. On return from holiday my car had not been returned and neither was the work completed on phoning them on the Monday. Assurance was given that it would be completed on tuesday, someone would call and my car would definitly be returned on the wednesday. On the Thursday my car had not been returned nor had i been contacted by Brooklands. We phoned yet again and were told that the paintwork had failed it's QC and the car would be returned on friday. It is now Friday night i am still without a car and no contact from Brooklands. Interestingly on review of brooklands website it claims they contact you every 3 days to give progress reports and most repairs are completed on average within 4 days. This has not been my experience and if you require your car to be returned within a reasonable amount of time ... go elsewhere!
