They now are called Car Electronics Ltd. Purchased my Navman S70 3D system from here and was impressed with the store, which is modern and nicely fitted out. The staff were friendly, helpful and knowledgable.
However, at 6 months my unit developed a 'Fatal Error' - a recognised fault, which can only be resolved by the manufacturer, so I returned it to the shop and the guy I saw was most unhelpful. He just said this model was no longer manufactured and it would have to go back to Navman (now called Mio), but due to it's age (6 months) he was not going to do it!! I asked him for the address and he said I would have to find it on the internet!! I am sure they have a legal requirement to resolve this but on the day in question I was not in a confrontational mood. However, they will get no further business from me. I have since contacted Mio and am in the process of returning the unit to them for repair. They also told me this was a well known problem with this model.
