ordered a part for a kawasaki gpx600, never recieved, still waiting for a refund after 2 weeks

I ordered a part for a Honda cb 400 superdream they sent the part for a 250 superdream no good for my bike I returned it in the original packaging they recieved it back 20/8/2010 I phoned them up on the 31/8 to ask where my cheque was was told it had been over looked but would post it that day 3 days later still waiting. will not touch this company again
