Try fixing the problems on the car rather than trying to over charge the owners for things they don't need. My car is still not working properly and they have charged me over one thousand pounds. Really really bad at car repairs.

This is a small back street garage ( pretending to be like a main dealer ) on a run down industrial estate in New Malden with what looked like a breakers yard next door. They have arrogant and rude mechanics/staff with little interest in the customers needs coupled with a very odd foreign owner, who when we complained just kept mumbling in broken English that we were liars. A Very Very expensive garage!!!! for what was a straight forward repair with an mot and service. Other repairers have said we have paid 3 times more than we should have !!! We would not recommend or use again and we would urge everyone to Please shop around before you are ripped off like we were.
