Truly amazing Service! needed urgent lashing points on lorry for the ferry crossing, fitted us in at a moments notice and on New Years Eve!!! Excellent friendly service with coffee thrown in too, Cant thank you enough, thanks to your amazing service we were able to get to our home with our belongings for New Years eve Thank you so very much!!!

While holidaying in our little motorhome it developd a disturbing noise and we went into Ullapool to see if it was serious. Everyone at Ross's Garage was very helpful and the technician took time to find the noise (Power Steering Pump bearing). He was very thorough and even checked my cam belt. He re-assured us that the fault would not become too much of a problem and we were able to carry on with the holiday with an easy mind. For his troubles he only wanted to charge us a donation to the tea money, I hope we provided a few cakes as well. thank you very much for the wonderful service.

The Ullapool Garage recovery vehicle mechanic who was called out to our broken down car (Ford Focus) woth an indicated "engine system fault" and running in "speed limioted mode" while touring the highlands on 5th May was was very helpful and resourceful. He opened the bonnet and identified a loose air hose clip and four loose ht leads (to the coil pack) within moments and rectified these.
The only thing we can find fault with was that we were not given a customer copy of the "job sheet" which we had signed - we were too happy to be back on the road again that we forgot to ask!

My wife and I were on holiday in Achiltibuie. My volvo developed a fault. Broken alternator. Every one at the garage was very helpful. The car was fixed after a couple of days,(part had to come from Inverness). When the car was ready, as they had a driver in the area, they picked me up so that I did not have to wait til the next day to travel in by bus.
Very professional and helpful. I would highly recomend this garage.

As a Fire Officer of 30years standing it is a real pleasure to get customer service of this standard. I was touring the Highlands from my home in Surrey when my car developed a fuel fault, the guy at the garage, who was having lunch left his meal, analysed the fault and realised that he hadn't got the parts and that they would only be available in Inverness at the main dealers. He then contacted them for me, got the part ordered and booked me an appointment. At the end of all this he refused to take any money from me. Most of my working life has been spent around the M25 where service like this is almost unobtainable and for free miraculous! Scottish Hospitality? I can't thank them enough!!
