Viewed a camper van. Details on log book different to those on van. The seller took a deposit so that we could investigate how Details that differ could be resolved and enquire about insurance. Viewing was 17.00 on a Sunday, I called to say we didn't want it because of insurance difficulties before 11am on Monday. He refused to return deposit.
Very unsavoury. The type of firm who get 2nd hand car dealers a very bad name.

Bought a car from here, it had a dangerous and expensive fault with the gearbox. The seller refused to refund me, this is in breach of trading standards, will be taking this further. What an awful business. 1/10

Called to ask about a car and received a very cold reception. I was polite and genuinely interested in a car advertised. The guy was cold and rude. Won't bother driving over there as planned now. Good luck with selling cars!!!

When a customer comes to the garage to look at a car with a genuine intent to buy I'd suggest you get the actual car out, let the customer look at it and don't just say "it looks like that one they're the same" then walk off. You seriously missed a potential sale today.
