Have used Honiton Garage for several years, my car repairs / MOT etc.
These guys are real motor enthusiasts who do not mind taking their time getting things right, and keeping you informed, via a wonderful receptionist with a good sense of humour.
Will put themselves out trying to find the best parts at the best price, without breaking the bank. (Even showing you any failing parts and explaining what happened)
They will always try to complete the work on the day, but if they hit problems, parts etc, will call / update as soon as they can, so you can adjust your own timetable. They do normally let you have a loan car, given notice.
Do not expect a cheap and cheerful, you get a professional job, well done for a good price – has saved me hundreds of pounds over the main dealer pricing
