Imperial Cars

Bought a Citroen C3 over Christmas 2011, and had all sorts of problems with the fuel tank, fuel gauge and battery (being drained by an unknown source). Imperial cars took it back to attempt a repair, but couldn't find the source of the drain. They agreed to refund our money if the problem persisted. The problem did persist so they refunded our money with no hassle. Couldn't ask for better customer service.

Visited this garage on Saturday 26th February 2011 to potentially buy a BMW 3 Series. We were greeted politely by the young salesman who gave us keys to the car and said if we needed help just ask. We started the car and straight away steam came from the engine. I asked the salesman why this was happening and the older salesman immediately got on the defensive and said it was water dripping on the exhaust. When asked if he could come and have a look and explain he said no he wouldn't and said if it wasn't the car for us then go and look elsewhere! I told him he was extremely rude and he said don't bother buying it then! All credit to the younger salesman as I was already sat in my car ready to leave, fuming from my experience and he apologised to my husband as he left as well. We then went to another garage that afternoon and bought a 3 Series BMW with our hard earned cash! Avoid this garage like the plague!
