Terrible customer service, We had to wonder around workshop looking for somebody to talk to, car was ready a day late, for no good reason. Most annoying point was the disgusting language used by the service mechanics within earshot of our 5 year old child. Will not be using them again.

Took my car in for MOT. I asked for an additional job to be done while I was there (squirt of oil for noise). Mechanic disappears asks another mechanic if they can do it. Reply " Tell him to do it his ****ing self". In addition to that car booked in mid afternoon, went after work to pick it up. "oh haven't started it yet". Got the car two hours after i should have.

Probably really capable mechanics, but with aweful customer care, time management skills and general people skills. Not the way to run a business.
