I was very impressed with the service from two of your staff today when I asked for a headlight bulb to be changed. I knew that this is very awkward on my car and usually involves removing the battery etc. to get access, and so I thought that I would probably have to get a garage to fit it. However the guy had a go and then got a colleague (who he said had thinner fingers!) and he managed to fit it. They were both really helful and good natured and a credit to your organisation.
