Service was ok when I finally got my car looked at but after a breakdown I waited almost a month to get my car back - inconvenient and expensive in alternative transport when I have to use my car to commute. I believe their attempts were genuine but I had to call to check on progress constantly rather than them let me know what was happening and in the end they failed to fix it - I would have preferred they refer me to someone else at an earlier stage. When I raised my concern, I was met with an attitude and basically told it was my problem. If its something basic like MOT, I would recommend but otherwise go elsewhere.
