Rang about a car, asked if it was available. Said I was interested and coming to see straight away. 1 hour drive later the car had a sold sticker on it. No apologies, just a rude attitude, and 'well you should have put a deposit down'. Well fine, but don't expect me to ever use them again. They should have told the other people to wait out of politeness, they knew I was coming.
