Had a 6 month old, immaculate car repaired there after being rear-ended. The car went back to them over 10 times for remedial work (including a seatbelt not locking...dangerous!).

Now, some years down the line, the replacement bootlid (which incidentally never fitted perfectly) is rusting on the edges as not enough paint was applied there. A poor show all round.

This garage said they would take 3 days to repair my car, which became 5 when I took it in on the agreed date and is now up to 7 days - and I still dont have it back.

My constructive advice to the garage is that honesty gets repeat custom, dishonesty doesnt
