As a mobile service can't carry spares for every vehicle, especially the part required for this vehicle. This customer "Jim" needs to realise that 2 trips to dealer and 3 trips to vehicle costs time and fuel which is the customers' responsibility. Still managed to get all this done in one day (and over 1 1/2 hrs on job)to try and please customer..no pleasing some people!

Charges for time spent away from job. Spent 20 minutes working. Charged for 2 hours collecting parts. A difficult man to communicate with.
