Communication very poor. Car was booked in at AM, no phone call until Late PM to say the work had not been carried out, it had failed MOT because of this, (no, really??) re-test required and to order parts. Closed Saturdays so waiting until Monday, again no phone call before PM. Total bill over £300 and 2 days wages lost. Not impressed, avoid at all costs, literally.
