Ordered the part was promised it would arrive when asked which it did Fitted the day after can't fault them..

Hi all ordered a engine from this company paid by card a month later nothing courier said no one in area picked this up ?there order numbers tally up but and was never picked up so £410 down with no refund and no response from mt motorcycles when you call only option contact bank to try to get my mony back very very bad experience

They can improve by not saying they have an item in-stock when they have not. Three phone calls it took me to get the response that the part was incomplete. Communication is abysmal and to receive a phone call three weeks after the initial enquiry is no good to anyone.

I placed a parts order with MT for an Aprilia exhaust on the 8th of June by phone. They informed me they had the part, giving me he price and all costs to the south of Ireland, and advised that it would be with me as fast as possible. The part arrived on the 12th 4 days later well packaged and protected. The part arrived in an ' as new ' or in an incredibaly good condition.
This is the second time that I have used MT, and, on their performance, I intend to use them again.

Great service. Needed a rear brake disc for a 1987 cbr1000. They sorted me out straight away. Very good condition of disc as well. Definitely use them again.

I placed a parts wanted request on Partsfinder, MT contacted me by phone within 20 hours. They informed me they had the parts, tgiving me he price and all costs and advised that it would be with me as fast as possible. It was coming up to Christmas so I knew there would possibly be some postal delays from the UK to the south of Ireland.
They were efficient and extremely helpful I intend to get other parts as soon as I have my list completed. The required parts arrived just after the start of the new year, well packaged and protected and though I thought it would be a second hand part it appears to be new or in incredibaly good condition.
This is the first time that I have used them, and, on their performance, I intend to use them again.

They were polite and extremely helpful including giving me a contact number for parts they did not have. The required part arrived within the two days, well packaged and protected and was as they described it.

After sending a request through a website that contacts multiple breakers, i got an email from them saying they have the part. So I paid by card and they said ill receive the part in 2 working days.After 4 days nothing, so called them up, they said we'll contact you in a couple of hours...nothing.. Next day I called up again, they said they'll call back in 30 minutes...nothing... After a week had gone by, i contacted them again and they said they thought they had the right part but it wasnt so i'd have to wait or get a refund.Hopefully it's not going to take them a week to refund me.

Basically I got a very fast response from MT motorcycles after filling in a request on partsfinder for a Suzuki engine. The guys at MT were very helpful. I collected the engine a couple of days later from them. I was a bit disapointed when I realised that the low mileage engine they provided me with had no tacho engine drive on it. It should really have been pointed out to me when I first enquired or upon collection. Apart from this which i`m going to have to try and work around, I found them v pleasant and helpful to deal with.

Dumped a search for wheels on an internet search - got an email in hours to aadvise MT had a set in good condition. They phoned me and I had the wheels within 36 hours. Excellent servive & the wheels were in VG condition.

Posted the required part onto a web site, MT M/Cs phoned me. They had the part, they sent it, and it arrived the next day. No fuss. Great service. Thanks.

I placed an enquiry for a Motorcycle seat on the internet and within 1 hour I got a call from MT which was great. I paid by credit card and 1 week later it had still not been recieved. What's worse, on calling it still had not been sent due to "a mix up of boxes in moving". I was told the seat would be sent on an overnight to be with me Friday, but to be safe I called to see if it had gone and was told the carrier had broken down and not collected so it still had not been sent. A weekend trip had to be cancelled as my wife had no seat on the machine, all in all not impressed and still waiting for what I paid for over a week ago and they had in stock.

Filled out a parts request online and was contacted by MT Motorcycles. I rang them up and they quoted me a little over a tenner less than new parts, they phoned me back a little while later to offer me the parts at a discount, with 1st class recorded delivery. I asked the bloke to double check that the part was the actual one I wanted (the older model of the bike has a different shaped part), and he promised me they were. Paid for them with my card, and was expecting delivery on Wednesday. Didnt turn up, waited all day Thursday and got a phone call around 3.30 to tell me they hadnt got the part. If they had told me on the day that they hadnt got the part, I could have ordered it from somewhere else, and had it delivered by the weekend, now I have missed the deadline for todays ordering, will be ordered tomorrow and wont be here til the middle of next week, Feel like a whole week has been wasted
After me checking with them twice, and they assuring me that the part was there and it was the part I wanted, I am not a happy bunny to say the least. They now tell me that they havent taken the money for the parts, but time will tell.

Filled in an online parts finder request for a motorcycle seat and was contacted later by MT Motorcycles. Had the correct seat in stock and assured me it was in good condition with no rips,tears or splits.
Went to view seat and it was ready,to hand,and as described. Bought it for £55 which was not cheap, but compared well with a new price of £270+.
The seat fitted exactly and I am well pleased with my purchase - a straightforward deal. Thanks.
