RUBBISH! Dropped a wheel off to be refurbished. 8 days later and no contact from them so I drove up to find my wheel sat where I left it, not even moved.
If your too busy then say so. If there is a problem then say so but to leave me without a car for 8 days and no contact is poor business. Will recommend people go elsewhere for repairs!

So sorry you were dissatisfied? We normally work to a same day service however the wheel was not booked in and was in que? The wheel requires straightening first to be diamond cut and so would require more time to be repaired.
