upon MOT, I was invited to return the vehicle for parts assessment. Instead of getting back to me with a quote and retest I have been completely forgotten and lost the free retest. I cannot recommend this garage.

After getting a ridiculous quote on tyres and brakes from a local dealership, I contacted this garage to compare prices. Lets just say, they put the dealership to shame. Picked my car up and dropped it off to me and saved me a fortune, my car even got cleaned. Couldnt fault them. Best garage in Dumfries.

been a few times now and have to say i dont think i will go anywhere else good prices good service and the banter can be superb good selection of cars which i have now bought 8 through the years due a change soon so will be paying them a visit.

...drove onto the forecourt with a terrible rattle coming from the engine........ A BELT PULLY HAD GONE with in 10 mins the mechanic had ordered the part.....within 20 mins the part was on my car ....the rattle had gone ...the BEST GARAGE IN DUMFRIES.......

If you want to be treated as a customer should be on the car sales side I would advise strongly against going near this garage. I went in yesterday with £4000 to spend and a peugeot 206 gti to trade in and was treated with utter disdain. I was asked on several occasions what I thought my car was worth to trade in, and when i eventually said i had been told it would make £3500 on someone elses forecourt they told me "well put it on there forecourt then" At this I about turned with sheer disgust at there sales techniques and left.
