Excellent. Who cares if you can't get through on the phone occasionally - I'd sooner pay for mechanics than a receptionist. Nothing unnecessary is pushed at you like main dealers do. Why go elsewhere.

I've used these guys for 17 years. They are small, and as another comment says don't always answer the phone, which can be true. Its a function of their small size. That aside they are honest and do a good job without ripping you off, and know what they are talking about. They won't try to sell you a repair that's not needed, which is really important to many customers.

It' a Thursday and i have tried to phone on several occasions to book an M.O.T but they don't answer the phone, the recorded message tells you that you cannot leave a message. Obviously they don't need your business!
