Britannia Tyres

Having previously been a 3rd party customer, I was directed to Britannia Tyres & MOT for tracking. Their superior tracking system does all 4 wheels, which is great.

Laurie is the heart of the place and provides supreme customer service. This is so valued as there is little service in Britain any more. He has a gift with people, which shows as he liases with customers, colleagues and suppliers alike. He's an asset to the company, as are the whole team.

Britannia Tyres & MOT will be my first choice in the future. They found the solution to a clunking noise, which 2 other garages had missed, for which I'm really grateful.

I am my family (4 cars) have used the company since it was Challenger. Over the years service and prices have both been first class. Last visit it was for an exhaust problem which was over priced by a couple of garages but sorted in half an hour at Derby and saved me a hundred pounds on the next nearest quote. This time it was a pair of tyres which were £20 cheaper than the nearest quote (for inferior tyres) and done in half an hour by the friendly, efficient staff. The feel of the Derby depot is like a family business and all are made welcome and can be sure they job will be done perfectly and at the lowest possible price. I would recommend the Britannia Derby depot to anyone who wants a quality service at a fair price.

I would just like to say I have just had my third MOT with Britannia TYres, and think they are brilliant. My car failed but only wipers and a lamp which I should have sorted out first but was unable to get at the lamp. They fitted my own bulb and didnt charge anything and also no labour on the bill and MOT just £28.99, the past two years where my car has needed several things the bill has been half of what I was expecting. The staff are very very helpful, explain everything to you, always ring to check you want to go ahead with MOT work and dont ever treat you like a woman who knows nothing about cars (even though I dont) I have been totally ripped off in local garages with extortionate prices for small things and will always use Britannia now for Service and MOT's, they are brilliant 10 out of 10!
