I had my wipers replaced by these guys back in March, and they wore out recently (August), while still under warranty. They replaced them very quickly and completely free of charge. They're an absolute pleasure to deal with and I'd highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and very honest garage in the Dundee area. Thank you very much guys:)

Mot d my car today and it failed the test on a few bits and bobs had a call from member of staff Gary to explain asked him for a price!
Price was spot on,and car was ready for for 5pm.
Cheers Gary, your place could do with mbore parking tho bit tight for space,workshop like a main dealer.

Very clean and tidy garage,booked in for an MOT, my car passed with a few bulbs and a tyre.

I have an Astra and booked it in for Annual MOT & Service resulted with a small fail on a tyre (my fault).
Very friendly staff and very reasonable priced!
They have a courtesy car that i managed to use for the day. Not always available.

I have used this garage for many years and found them to be very helpful and explain about the repairs carried out on my vehicle.
The MOT was carried out 2 days ago on my renault clio and it failed due to a few minor problems. When I called the garage, it was eplained to myself the reason it failed, then I gave the go ahead to carry out repair works along with a minor problem I had outstanding in the car.The total invoice including the MOT charge was £270. This was very acceptable to me.

I can totally recomend this garage as a trustworthly honest garage.

Do not use this garage.

They charged me an arm and a leg to get my MoT and Service done, which when I asked other garages they quoted me half the price. They also had not done some very key checks and replacements which cost me further to get done (not with them).

Then a few weeks later car encountered a problem which I took it to them as they had done the service. The only thing they had managed to do with it all day, after an appointment was made, was to go for a drive in it. They hadn't put the car on a ramp to look at it to resolve the issue. They had then abondoned my car at the side of the road UNLOCKED.

Both times they left the inside of the car in an appalling state. Grease all over it.

Got my car MOTd here very effecient with friendly staff car passed with NO attempt to con money for un-needed repairs. Will definatly go back here again :)

I was quite shocked by the way in which they tried to rip me off.
I had been quoted just under £200 to get various things done to the car. I got a phone call from the receptionist to say that the car was finished and that it was going to cost me £400! At this point I asked to speak to the owner who had quoted £200 previously. She said that he was unable to come to the phone but I had heard mumbling in the background. 'Ok, £300' she said. I continued to stress that I was quoted £200 and she finally took it down to the agreed price without any explanation of extra work done etc. I can only assume they were hoping I'd just pay.

It has made me question several other bills from them in the past.

ALWAYS GET A QUOTE OR BETTER STILL, DON'T BOTHER GOING TO B&T AUTOS DUNDEE
