I took my car to Park Motors for an MOT and full service. After the service the garage identified various small bits of work that needed to be done on the car, all of which I had done. Despite the car being quiet old, the man at the garage assured me that in his opinion it would be fine for another year.

Within three weeks of this my car had brokedown on the motorway. When the RAC man finally rescued me he said that my radiator had huge holes in it which has caused the engine to overheat and could have potentially blown the head gasket (a very expensive problem to fix). He said this was a long-term problem that should have been picked-up at the last service.

I was very dissapointed that Park Motors did not spot this problem and I certainly would not recommend them.

I recently had my suspension repaired, the garage gave me a competitive quote which was actually cheaper when I collected the fixed car. I therefore booked my MOT with them, which passed first time :-) The staff are helpful and importantly they seemed very honest.
