Would like to say a big thank you to the guys at heatherland's me and my wife went for a look around at cars for our daughters 21st after are neighbour recommending them and must say how pleased we are with are purchase and the service we received and both me and my wife will be going there when we need to change are cars thanks again

I purchase all my cars from this garage and would never deal with anywhere else. From the first time I met Billy, Steve and the rest of the lads I have had nothing but excellent service, and every car I have purchased from them has been in pristine condition. The prices are more than reasonable and the advice and help that is given is excellent .

this is the fourth car i have had from heatherlands garage and i must say i always deal with bill and the cars are exellent value for money and any after sails service i need is second to none, iv had brand new cars from main dealerships and have not been treated as well ,iv seen some of the feed back that others have left and can only say try them for your self they have never let me or my frends and family down .

I bought my car from heatherland car sales and have found them to be really hard work. I developed a fault on the car. I had to get it to them as no recovery. Also no courtesy car. They fixed the fan belt that had snapped but couldn't get it out of limp mode. They had the car for over 2 weeks constantly fobbing me off saying they were doing all sorts of stuff then give it me back IN LIMP mode. They told me I had to take it to a diesel diagnostic place in bretton (I had to take it) and it was not booked in till the following week. Also when I was in the garage I heard someone on the phone complaining about car needing fixing and I over heard the salesmen on the phone say they would give him courtesy car because he had spent a lot of money there!! I spent 2 grand which is a lot for me. I now haven't had my car for a month, through family borrowing me there cars I have been able to get to work and back. I definitely would not buy anything from there again and would recommend everyone to stay clear as they do not have any regard for there customers once they have your money. I will update this comment when I get car back.

I spoke to the Proprietor of Heatherlands Garage in Wirral (Steve) and asked him if he would be interested in buying my car from me. He took down all the details of the car and the price I was asking for it. and then said he would phone me back in about 5 minutes, which didn't happen. I phoned back the next day and then he passed me onto a colleague of his (Billy) and I was asked to give him all of the details again and the price. I was then told that someone from there would call me back, which again didn't happen. After waiting for a few days I phoned back and asked to speak to either Steve or Billy. Neither were available at that time so a salesman took my number and said Billy would phone me back, which yet again didn't happen. I have since phoned twice and now it's been 2 weeks without a returned phone call. If they can't be bothered to return these calls then just have a think about the customer services once you have bought a car from there. I know people who have bought good cars from there but after the service I received I certainly would never buy a car from them in the near future.

I have bought several cars from Heatherland Car Sales and found them to be good value for money.
I purchased another one recently which developed an engine noise. After an initial inspection they took the car in,sent it to a specialist repairer to have the fault rectified and returned the car to me.
Will definately deal with them again.

i purchased a car with a fault and took it back 3 times i found the aftersales care terrible and felt that they just fobbed you off. when what the problem was with the that they claimed have fixed they couldn't tell. i would never buy a car from these again

ive bought 3 cars from heatherlands got best deal around had problem with first car start motor problem they fixed it asap il never go to any other garage excellent service many freinds have bought as well
