Kwik-Fit

Paid for work on my car which did not need to be done. Was told by a part time mechanic that i needed specific work done but Kwik Fit said that was not the problem and fixed something else. However problem still continued. Eventually the orginial problem that was stated ended up being the actual problem then was fixed. Ended up paying £200 more than I needed too. Need to listen to customers too.
