Trying to send something back when you ring the number goes to answer phone because wrong product

Ordered some polish from Amazon from this supplier product hasn't arrived says it's been dispatched but when you try to track the order it doesn't work no contact number on invoice don't buy from this supplier

received my part today for my vauxhall mk3 very good service

1. Parts not despatched for 10 days.
2. Wrong parts delivered
3. Customer services phone number did not connect
4. Customer services "closed until Tuesday"
5. Refund not given

A truly awful experience.

Item never got delivered, royal mail states item was returned to sender due to being undelivered, and to date, no sign of a refund. Avoid!

Ordered goods, arrived next day, perfect.

These guys messed me around for 2 weeks. They said parts would be delivered withing 2 days, 2 weeks later still waiting.
Not impressed at all especially as it was for a customers vehicle that took a ramp up for two weeks. Nt happy at all

Lol.... How this company keeps it's head above water is beyond me. Avoid at all costs. If you do buy from them, pray to god everything goes smooth. I think I need to see a doctor because of the stress. The warranty promise is as warped as their brake discs!!!!
